1. About the service

Tampil Online (the "Service") is a web application for creating fashion affiliate content: product images worn by AI characters, posts with product hotspots, tracked affiliate links, and analytics. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or 17 with parental or guardian permission, to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity in it. The information you provide must be accurate.

3. Credits and payments

Image generation uses credits. A new account gets free credits once; additional credits are bought in packs at the prices shown on the Pricing page, in Rupiah.

Credits are a right to use the Service, not electronic money or a deposit. Credits do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and can only be used in the Service.

Credits are reserved when a generation starts. If a generation fails or is cancelled, the credits are returned automatically. Refunds are governed by the Refunds & Delivery Policy.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or account details.

We may change pack prices for future purchases. Credits you have already bought are not affected.

4. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, or publish: nudity or sexual content of any kind; sexual or suggestive depictions of minors (zero tolerance); swimwear or underwear products on characters who are, or appear to be, under 18; recognizable real people without their permission, including celebrities; copyrighted characters; hateful, violent, or unlawful content; or content prohibited by the terms of our AI providers.

Prompts, uploads, and generated results are checked by an automated moderation system. Flagged content is not shown, and the credits for a rejected generation are returned.

5. Photos you upload

You warrant that you hold the rights to every product photo and reference photo you upload. If a person appears in a photo, you are that person or have their permission; if that person is under 18, you are their parent or guardian or have the guardian's permission.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to run the Service.

6. Public posts and affiliate links

Every public post shows an affiliate link notice, an AI label for AI-generated images, and a Report button. You may not hide or remove them.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the marketplace affiliate programs you join. Affiliate links may only point to supported marketplace domains.

7. Content takedown and account suspension

We may take down posts or collections, or suspend accounts, that violate these terms or applicable law, with or without prior notice. Credits in an account suspended for a violation are not refunded.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. AI-generated results may be imperfect or may not exactly match the real product. We do not guarantee any particular earnings or affiliate commission, and we are not responsible for transactions between visitors and marketplaces.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Any remaining credits are lost and cannot be cashed out.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced in the Service or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
